Once you've made your product selection, proceed to place your order directly on our website. During this process, please provide us with your complete shipping information, including your name, shipping address, and phone number. It's crucial to double-check your order before proceeding with payment.

After we have successfully verified your payment, your selected products will be shipped within two (2) working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-working days.

Shipping (Malaysia)

For customers in both West Malaysia and East Malaysia, we offer free shipping. 

After we receive your order payment, we require one working day for stock preparation. The next working day, your order will be dispatched. Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days for West Malaysia and 4-7 working days for East Malaysia. Please keep in mind that public holidays and weekends are considered non-working days.

To keep you informed about the status of your parcel, we will send you a WhatsApp message containing the tracking number as soon as the courier service picks up your parcel.

We kindly request that you actively track and trace your parcel. In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or failure to collect it from courier services, we will arrange a second shipment after receiving the postage fee.

Return and Refund Policy

Please note that all products sold by CANMIS are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of quality defects. For quality defects, please refer to the "Product Defects" section below for instructions on receiving a new product shipment.

Parcel Condition

When you receive your parcel, if it is not in good condition, please do not accept it from the postman.

a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

b. Do not sign to accept the parcel; ask the postman to return it to us.

c. Send us the photos, and we will promptly ship out a new parcel after receiving the previous one.

Defective Products

If you discover a defect in the product after opening the parcel:

a. Take a photo of the defective product and send it to our customer service.

b. We will send out a replacement parcel after receiving the previous one.

Incorrect Product

If you find that the product received is not the one you ordered:

a. Take a photo of the incorrect product and send it to our customer service.

b. If we shipped the wrong product to you, you can return it to us, and we will send you the correct product after receiving the previous one.
